For independent UK hotels, B&Bs and small groups

Most independent hotels only hear about a problem when it appears on Google as a 2-star review — three days later, with no room number and no way to reach the guest.
Meanwhile the happy guests leave without saying a word, because nobody asked.
The Hotel Engine fixes both. The card makes asking automatic. The feedback step means you hear about problems while you can still do something about them.
At reception, in the bill folder, or by the bed. Works with any phone — no app.
"Anything we could have done better?" Room number and contact are optional. Every guest sees the same screen.
Whatever they wrote — or didn't — the next screen is your Google review form. Nothing is filtered.
If they typed anything, it's on your phone by text and email within a minute, with room and contact. Reply DONE when it's handled.
Every Google review answered within 48 hours in your voice — you approve anything under 4 stars. On the 1st of the month, a one-page report on where you're losing stars.

Review gating is showing different guests a different path based on how happy they seem, usually by sending happy guests to Google and unhappy guests somewhere private instead. Google prohibits it, and hotels have lost reviews or had profiles suspended over it.
NFC cards work with a tap and no camera app, which makes them faster at a handled touchpoint like checkout or a check-in queue. QR codes work on every phone without needing an NFC chip, which makes them the more reliable choice for something fixed in place, like a table or a bar.
No. Every guest sees the same screen and the same Google button, whatever they write. Google prohibits review gating and we don't do it. The feedback step exists so you understand the problem and can reach the guest — the review still goes to Google.
